Whether celebrating a birthday, upcoming nuptials, a lifetime of wedded bliss, a new baby, a personal milestone or corporate success, we have a variety of accommodations to suit you and your guests.

Nonresident $140 / hour


*Requires a minimum booking of two hours and includes tables & chairs

Rental Payment: You will need an online account with the Lisle Park District to complete your rental booking. If you don't currently have an account, you will need to create one, as well as verify your residency by providing a valid state ID AND tax, lease, or utility bill at the time of sale to receive the resident rate.

  Beverages

Our beverage options are designed to be affordable and flexible, ensuring a memorable experience.

No Outside Alcohol: Any outside alcoholic beverages brought onto the premises will result in forfeit of the $200 security deposit. For special beverage requests, please contact Operations Manager, Joe Kawalek, at jkawalek@lisleparkdistrict.org.

For verification purposes, any guest who appears to be 40 years of age or younger will be asked to present a valid ID and must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. Prices are subject to applicable sales tax and gratuity. By law, all alcoholic beverage transactions are required to be taxed.

  FAQs

How much is the security deposit? Will I get that money back at the end of my event?
  • A $200 refundable security deposit is required and a valid credit card must be provided to book your private event. The security deposit will be returned after the event concludes provided that no damage occurs as a result of the host or their guests. If there is non-compliance with policies or failure to settle all applicable charges, the host will be charged the deposit fee.
When is the final payment due?
  • The outstanding rental balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event, separate from the security deposit. Payments are accepted in cash or via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Can I decorate ahead of time? Are there any restrictions with the decorations?
  • The ensure the safety and integrity of our venue, we do not allow the use of glitter, rice, sequins, confetti, or similar materials. Candles must be contained in proper holders and the use of contained candle sticks is prohibited. Additionally, scotch tape, masking tape, duct tape, command strips and hot glue guns are not permitted. Decorations may not be suspended from the ceiling, vents, fire sprinklers, or light fixtures.
When do we need to be out of the facility?
  • The event host and their guests are responsible for ensuring the facility is left in the same condition in which it was found. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Removal of all personal items, decorations, and directional signage related to the event.
  • Disposal of any remaining trash, food, dinnerware, and beverages from the rental space into the provided trash receptacles.
  • Prompt reporting of any damages, spills, or breakages.
  • Our staff will conduct a thorough walk-through after each event, utilizing a detailed checklist to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and in good condition.
